President Trump is expected to withdraw from the Paris climate accord, says CBS News White House Correspondent Major Garrett.

Such a withdrawal will fulfill his campaign promise to “cancel” the agreement.

The President has also talked about renegotiating the climate pact. Whatever that means I do not know..
