The evidence for man-made climate change is so flimsy that you might just as well believe in magic, says one of the world’s top physicists.

Richard Lindzen, Alfred P Sloan Professor of Atmospheric Sciences, Emeritus at Massachussetts Institute of Technology, has long expressed doubts about the “science” behind anthropogenic global warming theory.

Now, in probably his most comprehensive and devastating assault yet on the Climate Industrial Complex, Lindzen shreds every one of the fake-science arguments used by the environmentalists to justify their hugely expensive “global warming” scare story.

The 97% meme

This is a fabrication designed to make idiots feel like experts.

As Lindzen puts it:

The [’97 per cent of scientists believe in global warming’] claim is meant to satisfy the non-expert that he or she has no need to understand the science. Mere agreement with the 97% will indicate that one is a supporter of science and superior to anyone denying disaster. This actually satisfies a psychological need for many people.

But, he explains, it’s just a trick created by pretending that all the scientists who agree that humans make a contribution to global warming (ie almost everyone) also agree with the alarmist theory that global warming is catastrophic, unprecedented and within man’s control. Which simply isn’t the case.

Lindzen’s article is well worth reading in full, not only for the usefulness of its scientific rebuttals but also simply to enjoy the loftiness of the author’s magisterial contempt for the entire field of climate “science.”

Donald Trump ‘Could Pull US Out Of Paris Climate Agreement Next Week’

New York Times and Huffington Post quoted sources saying Mr Trump could pull the plug next week.

Mr Trump’s first 100 days as US president have seen moves to roll back some of Barack Obama’s climate change policies would almost certainly prevent the US from meeting its Paris commitment even if it does not formally withdraw.

The Trump administration also fears that by staying, it could trigger legal action from environmentalists already suing the White House over its climate agenda, such as the unravelling of Barack Obama’s Clean Power Plan to cut emissions from the utility sector.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, energy secretary Rick Perry and Mr Trump’s daughter and adviser Ivanka were reportedly on one side urging the president not to pull out altogether but seek to renegotiate the US terms.

However, environmental protection agency chief Scott Pruitt and chief strategist Steve Bannon were in favour of making a clean break.

Both the New York Times and Huffington Post quoted sources saying Mr Trump could pull the plug next week.

NASA – Doubling Warming And Hiding The Decline

In the year 2000, NASA showed 0.5C warming from 1880 to 1999. Now they show 1.0C warming during that same period. The animation below was made using images captured directly from the NASA GISS web site.

This change was made via a hockey stick of data tampering.

But it is worse than it seems. Not only did NASA double warming by altering data, but they hid the warmth prior to 1880. In the 2000 version, there was little or no warming from the 1870’s to the 1970’s, and about 0.4C warming after the 1970’s.

As bad as this story is already, it gets worse. The 2016 version shows a very rapid increase in temperature after the year 1998, but satellites show little warming during that period.

NASA is hiding pre-1880 warmth, tampering with the 1880-1999 data, and showing a huge amount of imaginary warming since then. Junk science doesn’t get any worse than this.
