According to the EPA, CO2 is a dangerous gas which causes droughts, heatwaves, sea level rise, floods, turtle gender confusion, and hurricanes.
If the EPA CO2 endangerment finding is correct, then New York City is the largest climate criminal in the western world and would make them subject to mass class action litigation.
“If the 1821 Hurricane were to happen today, it would cause 50% more damage than Sandy and potentially cause more than $100 billion in property losses stemming from storm surge and wind damage”
