Massachusetts city smashes snowfall record for 2nd time in 2 weeks

On Tuesday, March 13, the city of Worcester (pronounced Wooster) reported 21.8 inches (55.4 cm) of snowfall, seven inches more than the previous record for March 13 set in 1993.

On March 1, the city also saw record snowfall of 21.8 inches, breaking the previous record of 15.8 inches (40.1 cm) set in 1959.
