A blanket of heavy, wet snow from Philadelphia to Boston is likely to bring more downed trees and power outages, according to Bloomberg.com.
Five to 11 inches (13 to 28 cm) of snow could fall in New York City by late Thursday, 8 to 12 inches in Boston, 10 inches in Philadelphia, 12 inches in Trenton, NJ, and 2 to 4 inches in Washington, D.C.
