Last night was even colder than the previous one in the capital.
The temperature at the city weather reference station, VDNH, dropped to -12.6°C, which is 0.2 degrees lower than the day before. And yet this is not the coldest night of March. The coldest was recorded on March 18, falling to almost -20°C (-19.7).
The coldest region in the Moscow area last night was in the Tushino region, -14.6°C.
