Mammoth Mountain says you can go shredding there over Memorial Day weekend.

In fact, they’re advertising “Shredding through June 17.”

(According to skipeak.net, a shredder is “an accomplished snowboarder who like the ripper knows exactly what they are doing. A ripper is “an accomplished skier who skis even when he is dreaming. They ‘rip’ up the terrain like nobody’s business.”)
