Well sorry Michael, and Peter, the answer is no, and you are Fake News! The HadCRUT4 figure for July 2018 is now out, and it shows a temperature anomaly of 0.591, making July 2018 the 6th warmest July, behind 2017, 2016, 2015, 2010 and 1998.
