Where is the loudly promised ‘global warming’?

Coming out of the Little Ice Age should be marked by the non-event of a normal and natural reduction in ice globally, this means mountain glaciers recede, polar icecaps reduce. Exiting the LIA should ensure this planet quite naturally becomes both warmer and wetter, helping the biosphere to flourish.
As both are currently not making much headway, are we gently slipping back into another cold era? During the start of the LIA it was not unusual to have hot and dry periods, just as much as wet and very cold periods. The weather became less predictable as the jetstreams often turned more ‘loopy’, and snow and ice built-up on glaciers and the poles, while temperate and tropical areas of the world turned drier. Food becomes the big issue as the seasons become more unpredictable, more extreme — extended droughts and wet deluges, extended cold winters and baking hot short summers.
Did we really entirely exit the LIA? Maybe the last 150 years or so just been a mildly warm holding pattern before the planet cools again.
Where is the loudly promised ‘global warming’? I want 2-4°C warming just like in the ‘all natural’ Medieval Warm Period, when nature and people flourished. However it looks very unlikely to happen soon.
Apart from the slightly warmer ‘blip’ from the late 1990s to about 2008 there’s been only a little warming — arguably it was as warm, if not warmer in the 1930s, either way the warming that has happened has not been that unusual in rate of change or amount. There’s not been much evidence of climate change that is consistent with warming (sea-levels are stable, polar ice and snow are not rapidly receding, etc.) despite all the publicity and MSM hyperbole.
In the last 100 to 150 years the average global temperature rise amounts to about 1°C — now that looks to me very natural, hardly extreme warming!

While this world shows signs of cooling, not evidence of continued warming, certainly this is so while the sun enters a solar minimum; a minimum that we have little concrete knowledge about — how cold the weather is likely to go, or how long it will last.

Now work out why (hint: UN/World Bank globalist ambitions).
Ask yourself why so many rich and powerful people are backing this CAGW meme, and why so many of the same people fret about human over-population. Reflect on the fact that most of these same people have very resource-hungry lives that ensure they use large vehicles, jet around the world, and so often they buy high maintenance beach-front properties Reflect on the fact that Main Stream Media companies are controlled by these people.
Eugenic by Stealth
Wouldn’t negligently allowing a global cooling to happen serve a dual purpose of entrenching these rich and powerful types into positions of even more power, more wealth, while reducing the human population? Malthusian misanthropes and the Fabians would love it, an act of ‘Eugenic by Stealth’.

When will the UN’s conferences be Eco-friendly, ‘sustainable’, and green as laid down by their own Agenda 2030 standards?
When will UN officials be ‘encouraged’ to teleconference, use only battery powered vehicles both privately and publicly?
When will the UN buildings everywhere be very efficiently powered by just hydroelectric, wind, and solar?
