Colorado’s new governor Jared Polis has promised to make the state fossil-fuel free by 2040. Colorado is also voting on whether or not to ban fracking today. You might want to reconsider your travel plans, since DIA won’t have any fuel, and driving across I70 or I25 could be tough without any gasoline. Nobody really needs food, communications, heat or light either.

The state is now officially powered off marijuana and fairy dust.
