In 2010 the Obama EPA prepared and approved a greenhouse gas Endangerment Finding (EF), which served as the basis for their efforts to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. This very short summary of a possible EF reconsideration decision has been prepared by Dr. James P. Wallace III and a science team he has assembled.
Legal Status Background
Legal action by some states, NGO’s and others is becoming far more effective at blocking new oil and natural gas pipelines and even fossil fuel-related Federal land leasing.
- o This situation will only get worse so long as the EPA Greenhouse Gas EF is in place.
o Therefore, EPA’s CPP Replacement/EF Reconsideration decision is critical. U.S. Energy Dominance cannot coexist with the EF.

Our Science Team’s Messages
After a 10-year search, in our view no scientist team has produced a mathematically acceptable proof that rising atmospheric CO2 concentrations have led to a statistically significant rise in temperature.
In addition, it has been demonstrated that the Global Average Surface Temperature (GAST) data has been purposefully and fraudulently manipulated such that this temperature data no longer has any empirical value whatsoever. Thus, claims of this data demonstrating record-setting warming are totally bogus.
Finally, since traditional climate models are tuned to historically fit this bogus GAST data, and then used to forecast future values of GAST, the models themselves are worthless for this reason alone. But there are many more.
