My specialty for many years as an Electrical Engineer was design verification – which boils down to making sure that the work was done correctly.  There are a number of types of election fraud which are fairly straight forward to discover.

1. Destroyed mail-in ballots.  Post a list of the names of everyone for which there currently exists a mail-in ballot.  People whose names are missing from the list can lodge a complaint under oath.
2. Tampered or added ballots. Contact everyone for which there currently exists a mail-in ballot, and find out if the current ballot is the one they cast, or if they cast one at all.

This would all be much simpler if the exact number of mail-in ballots had been reported prior to election day.
