Ana Cholo of the National Park Service drove into the hills along the Mulholland Highway early Thursday afternoon, Feb 21, and saw flakes falling from the sky.
“It was definitely snowing,” said Cholo, who works for the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. “Snow is really unusual in Malibu.”
