All around Antarctica, temperatures are stable, and show no sign of suddenly rising as predicted.
Still, when was the Grantham Institute ever interested in facts?
They use the Pliocene as a warning of what we can expect, when temperatures were much higher than now ,and CO2 was at similar levels. The implication of course is that CO2 led to those temperatures.
In fact the reverse is the case. Higher temperatures led to higher concentrations of CO2 in the atmosphere.
