WINTER STORM WARNING TO NOON WEDNESDAY LARAMIE RANGE AND FOOTHILLS… ALSO SIERRA MADRE AND SNOW RANGES.
A Spring snowstorm is expected to begin in the mountains early this morning, spreading north and east today and continuing through Wednesday. Periods of moderate to heavy wet snow will develop at times across much of southeast Wyoming into portions of the Nebraska Panhandle. The heaviest snow accumulations will occur across the Laramie, Snowy and Sierra Madre ranges, with 6 to 10 inches for the valleys and plains.
Including the cities of Centennial and Albany
Travel will be very difficult to impossible.
Snowmobilers and hikers could easily become lost or disoriented in heavy snow.
