How to destroy a state – Committing suicide by edict

“Washington State: Clean power goal of zero-carbon electricity by 2045 is now law,” reads the headline. LAW! As far as I’m concerned, Washington State is committing economic suicide.

“Gov. Jay Inslee signed a package of bills Tuesday to combat climate change headlined by legislation to rid Washington’s electric grid of fossil-fuel-generated power by 2045,” the article burbles.

“The law sets a 2025 deadline (that’s only six years away!) for utilities to end all reliance on coal, and a 2045 deadline to end use of natural-gas-generated electricity.”

“Puget Sound Energy (PSE), which serves more than 1.1 million electric customers, got nearly 60 percent of its electricity from coal and natural gas in 2017.”

Other parts of the green agenda are also now embedded in state law, according to the Daily Sheeple.

Inslee also tried, but failed, to impose a clean-fuels standard on the state that would have required continuous reductions in carbon pollution from gasoline and other transportation fuels.

In my opinion this man – who is, incredibly, running for President of the United States, presents an imminent danger to humanity.
