Austin shatters all-time July record low

Not just for the date, but for the entire month of July. Coldest July morning since World War II in parts of the Capital City.

25 July 2019 – AUSTIN, Texas – With a low of 58 Wednesday morning, the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport official thermometer blew away the old all-time monthly low of 60 from 2013, making it the coldest July morning since World War II in parts of the Capital City. The July 25th daily record low of 67 (from 2000) was also shattered.
