Twitter bans Americans from posting “political ads”, but allows Russian government to post spy recruitment ads. The screenshot shows a RosAtom ad, which might serve to recruit spies from the nuclear industry.
The screenshot has been made today, November 21, 2019, in Texas. This is a promoted trend, and there is nowhere to click to ask why I see this ad.
