Siberia – Snowfall 180-230 percent of normal

In the northern and central regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the height of snowdrifts in places exceeds 100 cm, and the actual amount of precipitation is 180-230 percent of the norm. At the same time, the deviation of the average monthly temperature in January for these places has a positive anomaly of 7–9 degrees. In Turukhansk, the daily maximum record was even updated twice in January 2020: on January 6 and 7, the temperature rose to -2, and -3.8 degrees, respectively.

But the winter cold returns to Siberian open spaces. Low temperatures in the border layer of Russia are now located above the Turukhansky region, where real 40-degree frosts have come, which is quite expected for the winter months of these regions.

S0-called ‘hot’ is still below zero
This news says that it is hot in the region and that it will return to the natural cold of the region … ok.
This ‘hot’ is still below zero.
This is not heat !!!!! It’s still cold, isn’t it !?
It’s only “less cold”.
