Dave’s paperboy has been a bit slow delivering lately, and has just brought the March 9th issue of the EDP:

Jonathan Van Tam is, of course, the government’s Deputy Chief Medical Officer, who has been telling us all to stay home and save the NHS.
Funnily enough, he took a different view a month ago!
With this level of expertise, perhaps he should get a job as a climate scientist.
To be fair though, I can see his logic, given the crowds Norwich City get!
