Hyping up the numbers

I watched this Russian video with my husband, who is Russian, and he translated most of it. They are saying that in Russia they never use the ventilator system on patients with COVID 19 because it kills them and destroys their ability to breathe, and that they have developed a treatment using helium, which when used allows patients to breathe, and brings good recovery rate to the patient. My husband is a doctor and can explain more of what he said on this.

Alexander Myasnikov also said that the coronavirus family is common, and that most people will have the coronavirus in their systems already, as it is natural from living life and being around such viruses in daily life, and that is why a lot of people might test positive. But it does not mean they have the virus, just means they have strengthened their immune systems, as what herd immunity is all about. Thus why here in America they find non symptomatic people who test positive and make a big deal about it, to hype up the numbers, which is ridiculous because that is how our bodies normally work in protecting ourselves from various viruses.
