The forecasts were confirmed. It is now snowing on Pico Ruivo, where the extreme low until 2 pm was -0.9 C.
It is also snowing in Pico do Areeiro, as illustrated by the image of the Netmadeira webcam.
The temperature has remained negative in this highest weather station in the IPMA network in RAM since late morning.
