Kamikawa is located in Hokkaido Prefecture, which is the coldest part in Japan.

The temperature of the town shows a slight cooling trend since 1987.

The period of 32 years is not short.

However, I guess that climate alarmists don’t like such data because they love the myth that temperature across the globe is rising steadily due to CO2.
