It’s not the weather that is causing all the damage, but government net zero policies, as the following piece explains:
We are now finding that more and more rules and regulations are interfering and adding substantial costs on top of inflation. It is a perfect storm for our high street businesses, already facing the internet. I hope the government will decide to drop all this, but I doubt it.
