Gravity measurements are worthless for measuring ice. 20,000 years ago Canada was covered with thick ice. This depressed the land in Canada and pushed surrounding regions up. The ice melted in Canada, but not Greenland – so Greenland is now sinking and Canada rising.

Greenland is sinking which causes the gravity to decline. Academics then misinterpret this to mean the ice is disappearing.

They show ice disappearing in Southeast Greenland where Glacier Girl was found under 200 feet of ice.
