I wonder how well this prediction has aged
by the most revealling and relevant metric –
front river properties and money invested in those soon to be flooded areas around London?
As almost 1/6th of time has passed since this announcement we should expect 1/6th of sea level rise right now.
Which has not happened.
Another interessting thing is-
Why are all the money centers of this planet threatened so much by sea level rise?
Manhattan drowned in 2018.
London gone in 2030.
And Dubai – “All of Dubai Underwater(by 2100) with climate change” wrsc.org

And despite all the wealth this cities have,they aint doing nothing to protect themselves from sea level rise,
instead Dubai is building artificial islands a drop above sea level.

And why London?
Dubai and Manhattan are surrounded by sea,
but London is far away from the coast and twice the altitude of Dubai –
shouldnt we expect Dubai to drown way before London as result of that
and not the other way around.

And why did London waste 15 billions for the olympics in 2012 – pretty strange behaviour for a soon to be dead city to waste so much money so some thousand boys and girls in shorts can jump around for 2 weaks,
instead using the money to protect London from sea level rise.

And what about all those cities down the thames and along the coastline that are way lower and closer to the sea? Shouldn’t they drown way before London and shouldnt the results be already visible?
