Well, its either a glitch of they’ve fully succumbed to AGW agitprop. This is the map for the US Seasonal Temperature Outlook on the NOAA Climate Prediction Center Website:

Normally, there is regional variations in this map. I’m leaning towards a glitch since the previous month forecast (also updated on the same day) does in fact have isotherms.

On the other hand, this may just be the skill level of this model. h/t to WUWT commenter “littlepeaks.”
