While I am sure this is technically possible, the questions are: what will it cost? How will those costs be allocated? And, will this actually make any difference to the world’s temperature or weather, given that it can only be used to remove a tiny percentage of the world’s total emissions. Is it not, in fact simply a token gesture or virtue signalling.
