Here’s another article referring to the poor quality of the Met Office Weather stations measuring the daily maximum and minimum temperatures across the UK. This negative coverage of this institution is so damaging for its reputation and yet it seemingly does not care, as it continues to open new stations that don’t make the grade and uses them to produce new high temperature records. It is time our MPs raised this issue in Parliament to shame them into improving things.
