Considering that the world is supposed to be facing a "climate crisis" it does seem odd that so many of the political leaders have not even made a new climate target, unless they don’t really believe there is one. The UK are the class swots and are one of the few to hand their homework in on time – but will they keep their promises or are they just empty words?
