We are certainly living in interesting times here in the UK after the recent council elections. The breakdown of consensus politics is clear to see. How will the Labour government react to this? And how will the voters react to the behaviour of Reform councils? I can envisage all sorts of unintended consequences, such as industrial action by a largely left-wing workforce.
