Was USAID the core arm of the global Blob?

Intel Blob. Dark government power.

On closing it down Musk said: “USAID is a criminal organisation. Time for it to die.””

On Friday last week, Elon Musk and DOGE wanted access to agency systems of the giant USAID. When senior officials refused, by Saturday they were put on leave.

“Spent the weekend feeding USAID into the wood chipper,” Musk boasted on X.

“It became apparent that it’s not an apple with a worm it in,” Musk said in a live session on X Spaces early Monday. “What we have is just a ball of worms. You’ve got to basically get rid of the whole thing. It’s beyond repair.”  — AP News

Elon Musk and DOGE closed the doors, and sent the head honcho’s packing. One officeworker said staff rushed to take down things like Pride Flags and incriminating books (whatever that means), and now they have lost access to their computers, and the site is down.

As Donald Trump and Elon Musk cut back rogue government agencies, USAID looks more and more like a giant money laundering racket. It has (or had) 10,000 employees and a budget of $50 billion dollars. It’s presented as a humanitarian aid group, but the AID in US-AID means  the US Agency for International Development which turns out to mean anything and everything. The humanitarian projects include giving $53 million dollars to the starving EcoHealth Alliance which used that to pay for bioweapon research in Wuhan, China, helping to create Covid-19. USAID also funded the production of heroin in Afghanistan. The WhiteHouse revealed that USAID also funded DEI projects in Serbia, and DEI musicals in Ireland. They spent US Taxpayer money on transgender operas in Colombia and a trans comic book in Peru.

As Mike Benz describes it, USAID was the Ultimate Nerve Center Of A Rogue Foreign Policy Establishment

Mike Benz, former State Department Cyber expert, has studied USAID closely and says:

“USAID grantee NGOs literally take their USAID money then turn around and lobby all key members of Congress to give more and more US taxpayer money to USAID each year in the budget. USAID buys an army of lobbyists with your tax dollars to give it more of your money.“

He also wonders why USAID gave $27 million to the US fiscal sponsor of the group controlling Soros-funded prosecutors and telling them which American citizens and politicians to prosecute?

Indeed, somehow USAID is also one of the “BBC Media Actions” top ten donors? Go figure? It’s just the US of A helping out third world countries, right?

As Mike Benz said: the “BBC was in direct cahoots with USAID leadership on Internet censorship efforts to crush BBC’s online populist news competitors since 2017. I went over 9 hours of receipts on this in a 3-part private livestream lecture for my X subscribers”.

Ron Paul agrees — USAID is a key component of US Regime change, meddling in foreign affairs. The news from Ukraine is essentially being controlled by USAID.

How sweet — USAID provides bioweapons to poor nations that can’t afford their own

Mike Benz —  “The Blob uses AID workers to get s*** done”

Benz considers USAID as the core tool the Deep State use to make things happen. He argues that the State Department can’t get directly involved in other nations politics — not in underhanded ways, and nor can the CIA openly do that, but correctly funded aid-workers can.  He doesn’t think the funding of DEI and Pride marches is necessarily just crazy lefty religious zeal, it’s a strategy he calls “tactical wokeness in service of statecraft.”. The idea, he argues, is that to topple governments — like say, Bangladesh or Cuba — a bit of tactical wokeness would inflame and divide populations who then rise up and protest and unsettle the elected governments that the CIA don’t like.  The DEI Wokeness programs are designed to incite street riots and  sometimes “color revolutions”. He gives one example where, the International Republican Institute (IRI)* funded dance festivals and woke identity events in Bangladesh, and minority rappers that culminated in throngs of street protests that forced the democratically elected leader to leave the country in a helicopter, as a Clinton Global Initiative fellow was installed as the new President, and they cancelled the elections.

The push to censor:

The US State department created the CIA to do  the dirty jobs that it wanted to do. Then in the 1970s the CIA got caught, so they captured the USAID program, and according to Mike Benz,  used the “aid” program to get inside the doors and mess with politics at arms length, in a dirty way. Now that they are being caught again, it’s no accident they’ve become the leading sponsor of censorship programs all over the world so that their dirty work isn’t discussed and unravelled in public.

More on that soon…

The Background on the Deep State:  Dont miss the first post on how the US intelligence agencies started rigging elections in 1948, and Mike Benz’s “History of the Intelligence State” see it here. It is essential background to understanding how the Blob grew out of good intentions after WWII and metastasized into a global monster. The Spy agency became the Lie Agency.

Arctic geoengineering experiment shuts due to environmental impact

The last places on Earth that need cooling down are the polar regions. Only deluded climate obsessives pursuing obsolete UN-backed theories could think otherwise. In any case treating symptoms of temperature variation won’t solve anything.
– – –
A US research non-profit called the Arctic Ice Project (AIP) is closing down its operations and has cancelled ongoing geoengineering experiments in the Arctic, citing environmental concerns and “potential risks to the Arctic food chain”.

The Silicon Valley-based organisation proposed the release of tiny silica particles over parts of the Arctic Ocean, which would in theory reflect sunlight from the surface and cool down melting ice.

Announcing the shutdown last week, AIP said test results – along with “skepticism towards geoengineering”, funding barriers and “resistance” to introducing new materials into the Arctic Ocean – had led it to end the project, which was conceived over a decade ago.

The proposed technique is one of several controversial methods aimed at slowing down global warming and its effects on the Earth.

Broadly grouped under the term “geoengineering”, these emerging technologies have garnered growing attention in international policy discussions, with some countries like Switzerland proposing global regulation. Other countries like Mexico have placed cautionary bans on experiments.

Climate and indigenous campaigners welcomed the shutdown of AIP’s experiments in Alaska and noted that indigenous communities in Alaska have long opposed the project’s activities over fears of collateral impacts.
. . .
Arctic ice management
Despite AIP winding down its operations in the Arctic, other startups have ventured into the lesser-known group of methods known as Arctic ice management, which seek to halt melting ice through human interventions.
. . .
Other companies have tried different approaches. UK-based startup Real Ice seeks to “refreeze” the Arctic by pumping seawater from below the ice to the surface during winter months to try and thicken ice cover. It aims to test the technique in Canada’s northern Nunavut region and eventually sell “cooling credits”.

East Malling WMO 03790 – Why this is not the claimed Class 1 site.

51.28754 0.44855 Met Office CIMO Class 1 Installed and with continuous temperature archive 1/1/1925

The Met office classes this site administered by the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB) as a flagship Class 1 site. Tim Channon reviewed this site in 2012 and estimated Class 3 on the grounds of unnatural ground cover. I will bring his review up to date with more damning evidence of the site’s shortcomings.

As Tim emphasized this surrounding area represents experimental fields typical of an agricultural institute. In this case, however, much of the main research revolves around modifying the local conditions and creation of a micro climate. Emphasis is on improving soft fruits, in particular viticulture rather than general field crops. The website heavily focuses on these products which are a large mainstay of the “Garden of England” economy in Kent.

This emphasis becomes more evident when studying Google aerial images. I deliberately did not use the latest image for the headline (that one is from May 2018) so below is a better example is the most recent more typical example.

It really does not look that pristine Class 1 example now does it? 5,000 square metres of poly tunnel starting just 30 metres to the south east and a further 2,200 square metres to the east is rather comprising. An already warmer direction gentle south easterly breeze will inevitably waft artificially warmed air over the vicinity of the screen. However, given the Met Office seems unconcerned about the effects of electricity sub stations and gas turbine exhausts they will no doubt arrogantly hand wave away this real “greenhouse” effect. The 100 metre Class 1 exclusion zone is shown as clearly compromised below.

In all recent historic site images over the last 2 decades there have been large elements of artificial ground and air temperature modifications in the area caused by either poly tunnels or lower ground cloche cover. This is definitely not an area representative of the natural environment and any recent indicated warming will almost certainly be derived from anthropogenic causes other than increased atmospheric carbon dioxide levels.

Another question in comparing recent temperatures with those of the past is shown by the 1960 aerial image below.

Where is the weather station? It certainly was not there. I have been unable to identify the prior location which appears to have been relocated sometime in 1963 though it certainly appears to have been moved more than the several hundred metres around that i have visually scoured. The clear evidence is that this site does not have a reliable continuous historic temperature record.

The above screen location to the north west of extraneous heat sources is also replicated in the wider geographic area. East Malling may seem a rural site until viewed in the wider context below. The red kite shows the weather station to the north west of the county town of Kent, Maidstone.

In common with all of the south east of England, there has been a significant population increase with Kent having the second highest population density of any county area after Surrey. Maidstone itself has been subject to extensive urban sprawl and the total area population has more than tripled since the East Malling site was originally installed. The village area of East Malling is surrounded to all directions other than due south bringing the area liable to Urban Heat Island effects on breezes – those south easterlies will have been pre-warmed by the Maidstone urban effect even before it reaches the poly tunnels to be further warmed.

In conclusion the Met Office claim this is a Class 1 pristine site – does anyone else agree with their opinion? I certainly do not and consider it the same as Tim did as at very best Class 3 and more probably Class 4 like Dyce and Bingley.

Footnote: I have enquired of the Met Office if they still maintain this site is worthy of Class 1 status and will advise of their response if and when one is received.
