I posted about the above article yesterday. As somebody pointed out, the headline used the American spelling of skeptic.
It turns that the author Cheyenne Macdonald is herself an American. As a “Science & Technology Reporter” for MailOnline, she frequently writes alarmist articles about global warming, like these just yesterday:
But who is she, and what qualifications does she have?
It turns out to be very few. Here’s her Linkedin profile:
She’s hardly Albert Einstein then!
One does not necessarily expect a high level of science credentials, but she has no real journalistic experience prior to joining the Mail in 2015 either.
If this is typical of their standards, it is no surprise that the Mail’s coverage of climate change is so often puerile.
