Apparently, the warmer it gets, the icier it gets.
And we’re supposed to believe it.
“Ships plying the North Atlantic Ocean in spring are facing increased hazards from floating Arctic sea ice as a result of human-caused global warming.” says Discover Magazine.
“That might seem counterintuitive, but…”
Yes, this was actually published two days ago in Discover Magazine. The article is entitled “New research documents a counterintuitive impact of global warming: sea-ice hazards to shipping.”
The Discover article refers to a study published eight days ago in Geophysical Research Letters. That study is entitled “Increasing Mobility of High Arctic Sea Ice Increases Marine Hazards Off the East Coast of Newfoundland.”
