Colorado Rockies Home Opener Could Be Coldest In Their History

On the Rockies opening day last year, it was mostly sunny with a high of 76°F (24 C). This year presents a far different story.

Friday’s forecast calls for a chance of rain and snow with a high somewhere around 40°F (4 C), more than 30 degrees colder than last year.

Here’s a list of previous opening-day temps back to 1993 (and who won the game).
