Cascade mountains and valleys of Whatcom. Skagit, Lewis, and Pierce Counties – including Concrete, Hamilton, Lyman, Maple Falls, Deming, Newhalem, Morton, Ashford, Packwood, Randle, Paradise, and Longmire
WINTER STORM WARNING UNTIL NOON THURSDAY ABOVE 3000 FEET…
Heavy snow expected above 3000 feet. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 2 feet. Highest amounts likely at Paradise at Mount Rainier and Mount Baker.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
