Record cold in Moscow and Moscow Region

At 6 am of July 30 in the village of Cherusti, thermometers showed +3.1°C.

This the record lowest temperature ever observed in the Moscow region that date. Prior to this, the coldest July 30 was in Klin with a low of +3.9°C.

In Moscow, the lowest temperature was at 24 km of the Moscow Ring Road, where the temperature dropped to 5.2°C. In the territory of Butovo was 6.3°C.
