Rapid Climate Change

I was walking the dogs yesterday afternoon in calm weather close to 80 degrees. Suddenly the wind came up as a gale, and temperatures dropped 15 degrees in about one minute.

We are currently at 26 degrees, which is 43 degrees below normal, and eight degrees colder than the previous record for this early in the autumn – set on October 8, 1985.  Greta arrives in town shortly,
