NOAA Blocks Access To Their Temperature Data
Apparently NOAA is tired of people being able to access untampered temperature data, and has blocked access to their public ftp site.
ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/ghcn/daily/
Hopefully this is a temporary situation.
