Snowfall in Eastern Anatolia continues to affect life negatively. Starting in Kars in the afternoon and with increasing the severity, the snow soon blanketed the surrounding area in white, especially the higher terrain.

Due to heavy snowfall, visibility on the Kars-Ardahan highway Mezra Village fell to 10 meters. Traffic teams warned drivers to be careful. Also on the Boğatepe-Göle and Kars-Digor-Iğdır road.
