Some of the statements by Peter F Gill are probably at least partly true. However, whilst PFG has a knowledge of chemistry his main experience is in physics. Many disciplines are needed to understand the mechanisms of climatic changes. Very few politicians have even knowledge of one of these many disciplines. This is perhaps why they have largely accepted the nonsence that eliminating the use of fossil fuels with provide us with a better and less expensive energy future – wrong in spades on both counts.
