Wisconsin’s Long List of Election Infractions

A resolution has been submitted to the rules committee of the Wisconsin State Assembly listing the many violations rendering the 2020 election results untrustworthy as they concern the US President and Vice-President. The full document is:

Resolution Relating to Wisconsin election reform and reclaiming the electoral ballots for President and Vice President that were certified under fraudulent intent and purpose.

This synopsis provides the bullet points detailed in the document, in tialics with my bolds.

♦ the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) enabled the illegal use of over 500 voter drop boxes in Wisconsin

♦ Dane and Milwaukee County Clerks issued guidance on Facebook suggesting all voters could declare themselves indefinitely confined because of the pandemic

♦ certification of the 2020 election was rushed before time for filing an appeal of the recount had passed

♦ 3,000 documents and e-mails show connection to election manipulations by the CTCL in five of Wisconsin’s largest cities

♦ data expert studies of historical voter trends reveal a statistical impossibility

♦ WisVote database reflects 7.1 million registered voters in a state with a population of 5.8 million and a voting age population of 4.5 million

♦ grassroots canvassing efforts reveal 200 addresses in 31 counties in Wisconsin that have 200 to 400 registered voters at a single address,

♦ upgrades on Dominion voting machines on were allowed on September 9, 2021, with no reassurances of protecting the data of the 2020 election

♦ the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau identified 44,272 voters who did not provide proper voter identification in the 2020 general election

♦ 50 of the 69 county GOP parties released letters of support or resolutions asking for further investigation into the elections process

♦ Elections Commission prevented the deployment of special voting deputies to care facilities

♦ a multitude of irregularities in Wisconsin voter rolls, including that 93.7 percent of active voters participated in the 2020 general election, 205,355 voter registration applications were dated November 3, 2020

♦ Wisconsin voter rolls were inflated to the maximum possible number of voters according to census population data for every presidential election in Wisconsin since 2008 and then the voter rolls were purged shortly after each such election

♦ money provided by the CTCL and Mark Zuckerberg to local governments in Wisconsin relating to the 2020 general election violated Wis. Stat. § 12.11, which prohibits election bribery

♦ CEIR also received funding from Mark Zuckerberg, along with the CTCL, and the CEIR is seeking to provide pro bono defense attorneys to election officials who used the CTCL money in the 2020 general election

♦ ballot harvesting and returning absentee ballots to drop boxes are not legal methods to cast absentee ballots in Wisconsin

♦ the U.S. Supreme Court has found that fraud vitiates and nullifies any contract

Whereas,
the November 2020 Wisconsin general election, as regulated and directed by the Elections Commission, was one of the most haphazard, controversial, and poorly managed elections in state history, shaking citizens’ confidence in fair elections across Wisconsin, and with the culmination of these evidences, prove the results of the commission’s certification of the 2020 election are considered fraudulent; now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the accumulated evidence proves the actions taken by the Elections Commission to certify the 2020 presidential election shall be considered contrary to law and fraudulent under Wis. Stat. §§ 6.84, 6.87 (6), 6.875, 12.11, and 12.13 (2) (b) 7

Resolved, That the Wisconsin Legislature, pursuant to its authority under Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution and 3 U.S.C. § 2, and consistent with guidance provided by the Constitutional Counsel Group in a memorandum dated December 30, 2021, acknowledges that illegality took place in conducting the 2020 general election and reclaims Wisconsin’s 10 fraudulent electoral ballots cast for Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris; and, be it further

Resolved, That the Wisconsin Legislature shall pass legislation with the intention to clean up the WisVote database and create separate servers for active and inactive voters; and, be it further
Resolved, That the Wisconsin Legislature supports a full forensic physical and cyber audit of the 2020 general election, that this full forensic physical and cyber audit should be conducted by an independent and nonpartisan auditing firm with a scope statement approved by the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections.

300 Published Reports of Vaccine Linked Medical Problems

Eight Hispanic boys treated for heart inflammation at a Miami children’s hospital in 36 days. 18 reports of heart inflammation in Switzerland during the first half of 2021 – compared to six in the previous 9 years.

As explained in Part 1 here, there are now hundreds of medical journal reports describing fatal or life-altering events following COVID-19 vaccine injections.

Having discovered a list of 400+ such articles online, I’ve been taking a closer look. It’s been time-consuming, working my way through that list, albeit in a more cursory manner than one might wish.

Below is the third batch of 100 articles. Sixteen turned out to be duplicates. So the ‘300’ in the title of this blog post is approximate.

Some aren’t especially illuminating. #226, for example, tells us no blood clots were observed among 521 people in Thailand who received their first dose of AstraZeneca and then had their blood tested within 30 days. Except that the researchers did find a blood clot. In a 76-year-old vaccinated woman. Which they proclaimed “was probably not related to vaccination.”

Article #233 was published online by the New England Journal of Medicine last October and is based on Israeli data. It concludes that teenage boys (16 to 19 years) have a 1 in 6,637 chance of developing heart inflammation after receiving their second dose of Pfizer. That’s a nine times higher risk than normal.

Article #244 tells us that, in Switzerland, medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies are “obliged by law to report the occurrence of [adverse drug and vaccine reactions] to the national regulatory authority.” During the previous nine years (2012 to 2020), heart inflammation was reported a total of six times. During the first half of 2021 it was reported 18 times. The article describes this as a “dramatic increase.”

Suspected cases of vaccine or drug-induced heart inflammation reported in Switzerland since 2012. The final bar represents only the first half of 2021’s data. Click image for source.

Article #258 reports on eight Hispanic boys, aged 15 to 17. All were treated for heart inflammation at a Miami children’s hospital during a 36-day period. Most had received two doses of Pfizer. After spending between 34 and 95 hours in hospital, they were all “discharged home with strict physical activity restrictions and cardiology follow-up.” If any of those boys were athletes working toward a college sports scholarship, that dream is now over.

Article #285 is a poignant description, by doctors in France, of their struggles to save the lives of two patients who suffered severe strokes after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine. The patients landed in ICU within days of each other. In both instances, part of their skull was removed to alleviate brain swelling, but they died anyway.

In the list below, comments in red were added by me.

Ottawa, Canada Is Following Germany’s Failed Climate Goals

.
.
It becomes ever more obvious that ‘net zero’ style so-called climate policies are, and will continue to be, disastrous for economic and social well-being.

PA Pundits – International

By Ronald Stein ~

Shockingly, just to reduce emissions to supposedly stop climate change, the city of Ottawa, Canada is following the lead of Germany, Australia, and California that now have among the highest costs for electricity because of their decarbonization efforts.

Ottawa is prepared to bankrupt the city and risk the safety of its most vulnerable citizens to put their plans in place to achieve its “net-zero by 2050” target, regardless of its impact on the lifestyles of its citizens.

Ottawa Parliament Canada

The City is totally in sync with the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) investments that are all the rage on Wall Street these days. Political leaders like Al Gore, billionaires like Michael Bloomberg, and more than 180 CEOs signed the Business Roundtable corporate purpose statement supporting ESG goals to divest from all 3 fossil fuels of coal, natural gas, and crude oil, just to reduce emissions.

Orbital Insertion Burn a Success, Webb Arrives at L2

From NASA

Alise Fisher

Today, at 2 p.m. EST, Webb fired its onboard thrusters for nearly five minutes (297 seconds) to complete the final postlaunch course correction to Webb’s trajectory. This mid-course correction burn inserted Webb toward its final orbit around the second Sun-Earth Lagrange point, or L2, nearly 1 million miles away from the Earth.

The final mid-course burn added only about 3.6 miles per hour (1.6 meters per second) – a mere walking pace – to Webb’s speed, which was all that was needed to send it to its preferred “halo” orbit around the L2 point.

“Webb, welcome home!” said NASA Administrator Bill Nelson. “Congratulations to the team for all of their hard work ensuring Webb’s safe arrival at L2 today. We’re one step closer to uncovering the mysteries of the universe. And I can’t wait to see Webb’s first new views of the universe this summer!”

Webb’s orbit will allow it a wide view of the cosmos at any given moment, as well as the opportunity for its telescope optics and scientific instruments to get cold enough to function and perform optimal science. Webb has used as little propellant as possible for course corrections while it travels out to the realm of L2, to leave as much remaining propellant as possible for Webb’s ordinary operations over its lifetime: station-keeping (small adjustments to keep Webb in its desired orbit) and momentum unloading (to counteract the effects of solar radiation pressure on the huge sunshield).

“During the past month, JWST has achieved amazing success and is a tribute to all the folks who spent many years and even decades to ensure mission success,” said Bill Ochs, Webb project manager at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. “We are now on the verge of aligning the mirrors, instrument activation and commissioning, and the start of wondrous and astonishing discoveries.”

Now that Webb’s primary mirror segments and secondary mirror have been deployed from their launch positions, engineers will begin the sophisticated three-month process of aligning the telescope’s optics to nearly nanometer precision.

Watch a special episode of NASA Science Live at 3 p.m. EST today to learn more about what’s next for the James Webb Space Telescope.
